I need to clear up a problem with the dates of the reunion sent out in the last email; these came about from us putting a block on too many nights at the hotel. The reunion dates should have been listed as; Sept 29th thru Oct 2nd (four days three nights), anybody wanting to stay the 4th night no biggie it’s already blocked and we would love to have you. If enough people stay over we will keep the hospitality room open for the 4th night also.
Again the room rate for the nights of the block (9/29, 9/30, 10/1, 10/2) are $50 plus Clark County room tax (12%) and the Resort Fee of $14 per night. For those of you planning to send more time the hotel will give us a group rate outside the block dates of $50 Sunday thru Thursday and $85 Friday & Saturday plus taxes and fees based on space available. All requests for rooms at the group rate must be made no later than August 30, 2013.
I hope this has not caused anybody an inconvenience.
