I just got off the phone with Decock. He is alive and planning on coming to the reunion. Said he may ask Perk forgiveness for fucking up so much. We come to Charlie Co the same time and was in the same squad for a while. I traded squads with Jackson because he wanted to be in 3 rd sqd with Decock. They were in Basic, MP School 4 days and on to AIT together. Jackson said he would take my M-60 if I would trade squads with him. I jerked his arm off, Perk OKed the trade and I went to Elmers squad. This was just before we went to Tamy Ky. Decock was with Jackson when he got hit, Bummer,Peace, Cotton.
