Thanks for visiting the Geronimo`s Medicine Men website. I have designed the site to be our website, not mine - for instance, I would like to have your photo to post and a bit about you and your tour. My experience as a medic changed my entire life. When I returned from RVN I went to work in a local hospital, then decided to go to nursing school (I was passed over for a P.A. program, but that`s another story related to PTSD symptoms I was suffering at the time). I always enjoyed my military experience, but not the rejection from the public at the time (you remember, I am sure). When Gulf I started, the public was very supportive, so I joined the National Guard. As listed on the website, I have since done active duty for the LA Riots, LA Earthquake and a humanitarian mission to Panama. The mobilization I am on now was involuntary (I was called up), however knowing what I know now, I would have volunteered. I am back doing the thing I enjoy most, taking care of soldiers ! ! !
