Yes actually,about three of them. Of course that was one of my dutires when I rotated to the rear.Go with the doctor and the ist msc officer to the villes to treat people.We went by jeep so it must not have been far from sally.They were each different villes.We usually had to talk to a village elder to get5 permission to treat the people.then the entire place lined up to be seen.They didn`t understand why some people got stuff and others didn`t. so we set up a coolaid stand and gave out aspirins with the coolaid so everyone got something.It was hard to communicate with people who had never even taken a pill before. I was suppossed to get a humanitarion award for that but the doctor derosed and didn`t keep good records for proof. I tell a good story about this in my book.
