Subject: Re: Albumin IV

well for one thing none of us army medics ever carried them.we had ringers with dextrose for blood plasma replacement and sodium chloride which we used mosttly for fluid volumne replacement.safest to use in the field.how any one in the field could ever diagnose
kidney or sugar imbalance is impossible to me.In the rear I mean the big rear, larger than battatlion size,
where they would have availability of a lab;to run tests. You could then diagnose and ask for a specialty IV.Hardly usewd in states except in dialysis clinics.
we have an acid and albumin (from fish) balance,
in our kidneys.we fight kidney infections with sulfer drugs, and balance acidity with albumin.any more than that general idea I `d have to go back to the books fore refresh.hope thats enough for ya.but it is rare cannot be done in the field if he said it was he is a liar.
