hey, surprise, the park is going broke, we are closing down, you 30 to 60 days to move your shit and get out. thats the word I got.The trailer park I have been in sice 1996; is going out of business and I got to go. I was looking before,in 2007 took a shot at colorado, but it fell thru when the real estate agent lied thru his teeth to me. now lately I was browsing arizona properties when the exe fell.no time to screw around got to make a decision.got the papers rolling, and got pre-approved for a gi- loan.nothing down, 30year term,4.35 % seems good so far. now if I can find a property. looking on what they call the 4 seasons side of the state. flagstaff to prescott area.the va hospital to check into is at prescott.my sis is flying out from detoit to help me look at listings on april 22nd after spending easter with her grandkids.my grandson said he would be glad to help out.20 year old football player, help load and lift. two trucks and two trailers to drive over to arizona once I find a place.Just hope I don`t make a hasty decision that I `LL be sorry about later due to the time constaints. doc out.
