    getting lost in prescott valley arizona, its about switching over from hardline att&t online to wi-fi that only connects now and then. I PAID FOR CENTURY LINK FOR THE FIRST MONTH i got here, but it never got me on line, so I SENT it back. they started a six month battle to try to collect fees from me for something I NEVER GOT. SERVICE AND INSTALL OF A MODEM. i fought them forever ND THREATENED TO SUE THEM THRU TO COLLECTION AGNCIES TILL they finnally gave up. then I HIRED CABLEONE TO PUT ME ON LINE, IT DIOD IN THE BEDROOM ON MY OLD COMPTUTER FOR ABOUT A MONTH TILL MY DAUGHTER ARRIVED FOR XMAS. SHE THINKING SHE KNEW HOW TO RUN COMPUTERS DID A HARD SUTDWN ON BOTH MY PC`S WITH PROGRAMS RUNNING IN THE BACK GROUND, CAUSING A BLUESCREEN CRITICAL ERROR. ON START UP ON BOTH MY TOWERS AT XMAS TIME. i COULD NT AFFORDS THE MONEY TO FIX THEM THEN. SO IT TOOK TILL aprill till i could take them in to best buy geek squad to fix them. I PAID FOR A THRE FIX 99.95 ANFD BROUGHT IN MY TOSHIBA LAPTOP TOO.THEY SCREWED UP TWO OUT THREE MAKING THEM UNUSABLE AND AND ERSED ALL THE INFO ON MY NEW LENOVO HARD DRIVE. HAD TO START IVER. THEN BACK TO THIS ON AND OFF WIF- THAT DOESNT LOG ON TO CABLE ON I am paying for but is only catching some thing called pink willow about every two days or so
    dont know what to do, I AM SO FRUSTRATED I could throw it all out the window.
